How we work

  1. Onboard

    We agree the tier, gain access to your Amazon reports and accounting system, and set up your workbooks or inventory database.

  2. Monthly close

    We reconcile settlements, categorize fees, refunds and reimbursements, update inventory and post journal entries.

  3. Report & review

    Monthly reports are delivered by the 5th day of the following month. Insights includes a 1-hour review call to go through the results.

Common questions

Do I need QuickBooks Online?
No. Core Bookkeeping works in QuickBooks Online or our own ledger, and the Inventory database works with or without QuickBooks Online.
How do the tiers work?
Each tier builds on the one before. Inventory includes everything in Core Bookkeeping, and Insights includes everything in Core Bookkeeping and Inventory.
How is pricing set?
The prices shown are typical monthly prices: about $500 for Core Bookkeeping, $750 for Core + Inventory, and $1,000 for Core + Inventory + Insights. Your final price depends on your monthly transaction volume, and we’ll confirm a fixed quote after a short review.
Can you clean up past months?
Yes. Cleanup and catch-up work is available as a separately quoted project.
Do you handle tax filing or payroll?
No. Tax filing and payroll are not part of our services, and the Amazon packages cover Amazon only, not other sales channels.
